Payment
Payment is required on or before the physical exchange of any product. Methods of payment are listed below. All prices are in Australian dollars (AU$) and GST is included in the price in all cases. All prices may be subject to change without notice due to market and currency fluctuations, changes in duty, GST and other charges. A tax invoice will be supplied if required.

International Orders
Prices for international orders are in US Dollars. Prices are not inclusive of duties/taxes which are payable at overseas destinations.

Delivery
Delivery is mutually arranged via phone and/or email once an order has been placed and can be fulfilled should stocks permit.

Delivery of absinths and absinth spoons are free if delivery destination is within Australia.

For deliveries outside of Australia - Please email us for a quote.

We use a special delivery network at Australia Post to deliver your goods. This service requires your signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you choose to have the goods delivered to your home and you are out when delivery is attempted, a notification card will be placed in your letterbox that will refer you to your local post office to collect the goods. The post office keeps your parcel for a maximum of 14 days.

Delivery in Australia can take up to 10 working days but this time frame can be shorter depending on the overall pressure on the delivery network at that particular time and how close you are to major cities.

Proof of Age
Absinth Shop s is required to ensure an audit trail exists to identify the purchase and sale or supply of liquor and that no liqueur is sold or supplied to a minor.

Only consumers of legal drinking age are authorised to make an order for the purchase of alcohol. We reserve the right for proof of age and identity before the exchange of any alcoholic products or goods takes place.

Accordingly, Absinth Shop has the right of refusal to service your order should you be identified as being below the legal drinking age of 18 in Australia.

Product Contents and Returns
Claims for broken or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests for returns of credit or exchange must be made within 7 days.

Should bottles arrive broken as a result of transportation and/or delivery, a replacement or credit for the bottle may result if you can produce the neck of the bottle with the cap unremoved and intact.
